I was reading earlier about a change to Spanish legislation that happened in 2022 to remove ambiguity around consent.
The “only yes means yes” legislation means that it cannot be assumed consent has been given, and silence specifically does not count as consent.
Do you think we should have the same type of consent legislation here in the UK? |
