The way people to each other on here frankly appalling.
Why?
It’s a wonder anyone meets these days.
16 years ago I joined this site.
It’s a disgrace now.
No age limit on the rudeness
Young and old.

I'm only going by the forums...but thought it'd got better. Last time I was here was dog eat dog..
... having said this, I have decided to engage the site differently this time around, so maybe that's why it feels different

People have changed but the site hasn't. Off site for nearly 2 years when i came back not much has changed, like I'd never been away.
I don't think it has gotten any better or worse, people will always be rude or bitter, blame others for their own failings, rationalise their own behaviours in their favou, same old same old, status Quo.
But as in previous visits, sometimes the sun does come out between the clouds briefly and it's those moments that are of value. |

I think people have got ruder in general, since the pandemic.
I see a lot more entitled people in real life too.
It's easy to hide behind the anonymity on here and be rude though sadly.
Just block and report those who are rude op. |

totally ignoring isd not rude

I agree however I get more people are on the site, meaning people spend less time on individuals. For example, being a single male on here is very challenging, sometimes makes you feel like deleting the account.
But the connections I have made are great, and would certainly invest more time into them.
That being said, if anyone wants to PM etc, ping me a message, I’ll get back to you, albeit in a couple days. |

Agreed some behaviour is way out of line and it's makes people start think everyone is going to be a problem
But we have to keep trying look and talk to the good people and hopefully we can improve the experience and have a positive impact |
