Have done it with a couple of exs. Neither of them knew it was a 'thing', it was just a part of our lovemaking. When mentioned afterwards, one was a bit disgusted to realise what she'd done and we didn't do it again. The other was turned on by the fact it turned me on and it continued to be a part of our lovemaking. Both women prepped prior to anal anyway and there were no ill-effects.
