I think I am a sex addict. In my 40s and can’t think of anything else. Is this normal?

The word 'addiction' doesn't tend to imply a healthy relationship towards something, so if something is causing you hassle or issues with living you're life in a healthy way, I'd say seek some help and support OP. x

Maybe addiction is the wrong word then. However, there isn’t a single person that I talk to that I don’t think about naked. What they would look like, what we could get up to. I am completely functional though and it doesn’t impact my life. Is it wrong to just love it?

Yes I had this when I was young and introduced to swinging wives. Spent most of a year doing and had to calm down. Still love and do but under control

Well that’s not ideal. I would like to say I’ll see my GP and see what support is available, but I can anticipate the answer already. The various governments seem to have destroyed our NHS.

I would also like to say that I do love and enjoy my sex life and never cross boundaries from my imagination to reality. Fun fun fun.

Go to a naturist resort. You will see naked people there and you may chill a bit. If that doesn't help seek help.
