Hey guys and gals.
So im curious, is the sing of an open swinging couple still a pineapple or pampas grass or is that old hat.
I've been working for a couple recently and I'm getting this vibe. Is there tell tell sign or clue?
Should I just say happy fabbing to them and to see their reaction? |

The funny thing is many people use the word Fab in everyday life, as in "Have a Fab weekend". There's no way of telling people are swingers unless they tell you, or you see them in a swingers club. |

I’ve noticed more people saying “fab” in everyday life since we joined. Never really noticed it before. |

I'm guessing it's often used in the context of wow..... You look fab |

We don't use any signs. Although we sometimes travel with a Chameleon Teddy on our adventures (which may give the game away to anyone familiar with the venue). However we just seem to pick up on swinger vibes and likewise give off swinger vibes. I think it's part natural intuition, part experience.

Isn’t it when you know people are swingers when shopping they have a pineapple in the trolley with the head of it facing a certain way? Or have I just made this up? |

**An upside down pineapple in the trolley or basket.
**Pampas grass in the front garden.
**A ankle chain worn on the left ankle (might be just worn as it's pretty.)...so check it has HW or handcuffs symbols on it.
A bowl for keys on the coffee table.
A fish symbol on the back of the car.
To ensure you don't make assumptions; make sure at least two of these are clearly observed.
Hope that clarifies things. |

Lol I thought the "fish symbol on the back of a car"
Was a Christian symbol? I can see me crying with laughter if I see someone in Tesco with upside down pineapple, fish symbol car air freshener, a defrosting box of Fab lollies, a cucumber, box of condoms, KY Jelly, strolling around and around with his or her head sticking up like a merecat, waiting for a comment. |

there are no signs its just wishful thinking by some and mainly men who think it would be easier if they could spot swingers ...its all bullshit
what swinger couple or single woman in their right mind wants that attention 24/7 .... 99.99% of men who swing i want nowhere near me / us why would i when i can easily find men via the correct channels and one that ill be sexually attracted to...
the pineapple one is comical really its a trend just like owls n frogs before it and then someone said oh lets turn it upside down ... just social media rubbish plus if it was true there would be media coverage and post on here moaning ''on why is the woman carrying a pineapple upside down not interested in me'' yep all rubbish that a few try and cling too |

"Thank you for all the advice.
I always thought the fish on the back of a car was a symbol of Christianity "
That's a common misunderstanding.....hence why I suggested you need at least two signs before you politely enquire if they are having a fab day |

I pmsl at the mention of the fish sign!! … I can imagine that leading to awkward discussions if acted on … fab joke … pun intended!
Bearing in mind not all swingers are members of fab… other swinging sites are available!! .. using the word fab, again I think is wrong.
I wear an anklet when out, but have never been approached - mind I probably terrify people when they see me!!, although I do have a HW, but would only ever wear that one to a club!!
Can’t say I’ve ever spotted anyone out and about .. or anyone who has given clues as to their real hobby!!
