Yes, it's called phymosis.
There's 2 types:
1. The foreskin can be pulled behind the glans when flaccid, but tight when erect (can cause the foreskin to split.
2. The foreskin is so tight that it can't be pulled back either when flaccid.
You can see your doctor for steroid cream, which will loosen it over time or surgery (circumcision).
There's also a device which can help you stretch the foreskin gently.

I had it when I was in my mid 30s.
It progressively got worse, and I think I left it so long that I only could have it fixed via circumcision, which I had done. The op was straightforward. Recovery was about 3 to 4 weeks.. I couldn’t have sex for about two weeks to 3 weeks. |
