Been with my Mrs over 10 years now and have a very loving relationship with a great sex life but I am looking to add a bit more spice to it. Looking for help on how to approach the subject of fantasies we have not yet shared. |

How are you looking to spice things up, Do you want her to join you in meeting others?.
Only you will know what she's likely to be into op.
Have an open chat with her, tell her you have some fantasies and wondered if she has some too and go from there.
Just be aware her fantasy's may not be the same as yours though, most men want to watch their partner with another man or woman. |

My advice OP would be to very respectful of your relationship and her feelings before you go wading in.
Maybe approach it in a, “are there things I can do to/for/with you to makes things better for you sexually or emotionally”

My wife is more reserved, body confidence, and now post birth recovery etc but we’ve found simple things like purchased 2 items from ‘adventure challenge’
In bed edition and quickies - latter being open probing questions as a couple
It’s helped her open up to talk about her fantasies and conversations to make them a reality |
