I was very surprised to find that as I share a Google account with somebody, everywhere we have both separately or together visited, comes up on our gmail location history or time line, showing where we have been.
I think there are people who would be very concerned though, as if they share an email address with an unaware partner, the partner would be able to see the addresses and places they have visited.
Either person can turn location and/or timeline history off or on, and either person can delete one or more or events from the history.
I don't know away to ensure privacy of where you visited if you are sharing an email address as even if you turn it off they could easily check each day and turn it back on again.
I would be really interested to know people's thoughts about this in the forum.
