Hey folks,
We’ve only been on the site now for maybe a couple of years but the amount of couple profiles that are getting in touch full of promise then slowly but surely it’s pretty obvious it’s a single man seems to be way higher? All the excuses or ‘how about you just meet me for the first time?’
Anyone else? How do you guys spot this? Such a waste of time and it’s getting tedious!!  |

Not so sore about that. We’ve now had a lot of interaction with profiles that have pics, vids, verifications then when it comes down to it there is always an issue or excuse. Maybe these are men that once did have a partner, either way it’s annoying and massively off putting. |

If its happening a lot for you, Just explain in the first few messages with a "couple" that you have been messed about by single Men pretending to be a couple to many times so how about jumping into the chat room for a minutes with both on cam, Just find a empty room or Skype if you have it |

Subject comes up quite often, from my own experiences there are two types, ones that set up a couples profile but is clearly just a guy, get round filters maybe thinks it will improve his chances making a contact, maybe get some friends only pics for his next profile
The ones that were a couple and she was coerced into swinging or doesn't want to anymore or nolonger around, the latter being more likely. Guys trying to carry on the pretence.

Simple check would be to say you have been messed around a lot so would they mind sending a picture of a note saying ‘Hello -profile name- from FabSwingers’ with a female and male hand visible. That’s simple, takes two minutes and anonymous early on without revealing faces.

Have you tried asking couples tk recommend other couples? Also, meeting in clubs is probably your best bet. |

This is a good idea. Come across alot of fake couples and singles in the chat recently and quite a few with fake profile pics ripped off porn sites. |

I have also been jumped into these full of promises of a meet and gets things all heated up then says sorry but just me the fella can meet now are u still up for it, absolutely annoying as hell as I get all sorted get ready and on way to them what I thought was them I get that reply great time to turn back round then. I agree with the guys in this forum I quite regularly start chatting to a couple on chat and it becomes quite apparent that is just a single guy. I quite like doing the odd tribute here and there, and the last time I went to do one this couple was really pushy about doing it and I’ve got a feeling that was another guy.
It’s a shame because it was a real damper on things I like to meet couples singles it’s fun. We are all here for the same reason, but unfortunately guys are making it really hard for couples and single ladies to trust single men |

Personally we only interact with couples that show genuine verifications. Through experience you'll be able to tell which verifications are real and which are likely to be fake. |

On my couple account we haven't encountered it yet.
However there are some Red flags that i'd say are good indicators, it's a man.
If it's all pics of the male,
If they push for sex chat early on or asking for pics.
The Mrs is always at work/in bed/not well.
Status updates like just Mr meeting, looking for a couple or woman for my Mr.
If it has veries from a godi whole ago, it could be they've split up and he's still using the profile. |

It happens regularly … I can think of one now, that appears a genuine couple, but it is soooo obvious it’s a man on his own now.. his profile indicates it, and the meets his lists are all just him!!
I treat everyone I interact with, with the same suspicion, until I have reason to believe them!

I’ve found it a lot but from a different perspective….. I’ve contacted some couples as they want an extra guy to play with their wife (which is fine and have gone many times in the past).
However, there does seem a lot at the mo that it’s just the husband or something wishful thinking.
Easy to spot the moment they start talking about what they would like me to do to their ‘wife’.

So many Men join fab and start off sending as many messages as they can, when that fails they start the abuse until blocked/banned, New profile they try again usually with a couple of cock pics and random Women sucking their cock, still no luck so start a couples profile armed with the knowledge from previous profiles, profiles they have viewed and threads they read |

We've become quite suspicious of couple profiles with a sparse number of old veris and only old pics. These often seem to be guys that were part of a couple and the Mrs is no longer active while Mr carries on as if she was still around |
