I'd have said Cougar would be 40+ and predominately after younger men at least 10 years younger.
I'd say you're most definitely MILF.
I'd pit my S as MILF and GILF, but not Cougar as she doesn't specifically desire younger gents, it's just that it's more common that we end up inviting younger gents. Certainly from my POV it's a turn on to see her with a fit younger gent. |

Sex, is like most things, it improves with experience, practice and confidence. In our 20's sex was hot and passionate, but now it is more sensual and erotic and just keeps getting better. So yes, the older woman, cougar, Milf or Gilf has a lot to offer and should be desired after. The same could be said for males but they need to have maintained a "serviceable" circulation system  for best results |
