Someone commented on here from Cape Verde. Using the see who's near feature the nearest fabber was 500 miles away. Looking at the other Cape Verde threads there doesn't seem much of a scene there.

I went with an ex about 6 years ago to Boa Vista, there was one couple in the other hotel. Sal is more commercial so might be better on that island.
