Studland is our favourite, followed by Slapton in Devon and Holkham in Norfolk. We go to St Osyth a fair bit, but only because it’s our closest - it’s not a pretty beach.
Brighton feels a little naughty because it’s so exposed, but not everyone would agree. |

Looks it but it's blinking miles away from anywhere!
Not sure about St Annes having anything official. Plenty of dunes Yes but not aware of actual allowed nudist area

I haven’t been to St Osyth for years, since the road was washed away. Presumably you can’t drive onto it anymore-is it a case of parking by the chip shop and hoofing it down to the beach now? |

That’s right. It’s a strong 15-20 minute walk over all the rubble that used to be the sea wall. It’s not a pretty beach, but it is at least usually full of likeminded people! |

Slapton is my favourite in Devon, Budleigh Salterton can be very popular, but it’s more a pebble beach so less comfortable. |
