Generally somewhere 10 to 15 years either side.
It's not a hard limit however, and we have found people younger or older that we have clicked with, and others of similar ages where it doesn't feel right.
For us, we need to feel as though we are of a similar generation or maturity level.
So they don't feel like they'd be friends of our parents, nor young enough to be our kids.
We have found we are at a strange age, and like to think we look relatively fresh faced for our age, whereas some couples of similar ages just 'feel' or look older in comparison. It may be little shallow, but that attraction needs to be there... |
