I've had very senior office based jobs most of my adult life. Had a nervous breakdown last year and realised I had to make changes.
Now you can find me in mucky hi-vis gear every day! I definitely feel more sexy and energetic, doing a hard days work outdoors and working up a sweat. |

Well, I'm in my 40s, so already not a youngster! I work in grounds maintainance and landscaping now.
It is hard work, but I enjoy the satisfaction of a good day's (physical) work. I certainly don't miss endless Zoom calls, constant email traffic, PowerPoint presentations, budget planning, managing staff and corporate BS. |
