The is a strange topic, if a guy random flashes a guy or woman he can be jailed, it is illegal please be clear about that.
What is amazing is getting a flash unexpectedly, ie wind blowing up a skirt, closed leg flash.
Even better is a meeting where you are both consent to the flashing and it can be horny.
I have arranged customers to visit me at work where flashing is agreed it can happen.
Please don’t flash random as you could end up on the sex offenders register |

All true. And so I think everyone's on the same page so far on this post. OP is not aiming to flash anyone, simply welcoming anyone flashing to him. Yes, the flasher would be out of order for doing it without knowing the OP's consent beforehand, but that's not the point in this thread, I'd guess. |
