i love it when Sam has a tidy out of her stockings drawer, i do painting and decorating, they are ideal, when you have lumpy paint, emulsion or gloss, i use them to sieve the paint through into another tin. all the lumps and flaky paint stay in the stocking. Brilliant, just looks a bit odd, if you pull one out and do it on a job

I have a draw full of new and in good condition. But its the draw of stockings ive worn thats the problem. Really need to spend an afternoon matching them up or throwing them out.
