We bought their cordless vibrator just over a year ago and loved it, but it stopped working. We did a warranty replacement and then 2 weeks later the new one stopped working.
Their customer service have said that the replacement doesn't have a warranty so there is nothing they will do.
Such poor service for such an expensive product. Does anyone have any experience of Doxy? |

Really?
We bought their diecast one from Lovehoney. It broke after 2 months. They sent another which also broke, again after 2 months. They sent another, which guess what? Yes it broke. We contacted Doxy direct and they sent a replacement. Fortunately that's still working.

Bought Y the cordless for her birthday over 2 years ago.. Still going fine and trust me it gets used as I do..
Only had to re-adhere the silicone/rubber bulb last month.
Sounds like you guys have been unlucky. |

I have the dia cast, the original and the doxy Dom and there all going strong.
The dia cast is the oldest, I bought it when it 1st came out and you could only buy them in shiny metal, no colours, after a year or so I had a problem with the silicone head slipping due to various attachments being taken on and off, it was out of warranty so I emailed doxy direct, heard nothing for a week or two then got a personal reply from the company owner with suggestions to my problem.
I don't as yet have the rechargeable or doxy 3, the rechargeable is next on my list |

I provide a Doxy repair service. Corrosion in the drive shaft bearings between the eccentric weight in the head and the motor in the body is usually the problem (you ladies who ‘squirt’ take note). |

Think you need to do a little research online
Don't quote me but as I understand it you have a warranty on the item you bought
And once the company replaced it due to a fault the replacement has the same warranty as the original only now starting on the date it was replaced.
Sounds like the company needs to do their homework too. |

Sounds like the company needs to do their homework too. " There is a legal difference between warranties and a guarantee, with a bog standard 12 month guarantee, if your product fails after 3 months and you are issued a like for like replacement then the replacement has 9 months remaining, there are some sellers and manufacturers that override this but that is at there discretion and they (unless advertised) have no legal obligation to give you a 12 month guarantee on the replacement.
