Yes, certainly seen play on the saunas. Even saunas in hotels can be naked ones depends on the rules |

People are often / mostly nude in saunas. But it's not 100% nude world as in Germany.
But in normal saunas people don't play.
Good spot for real saunas is Sauna Spot (or next door Sauny Vltava) on Vltava river embankment on tram stop Dvorce. Less then 10 minutes by tram from National Theatre.
But no playing

For playing you can try swingers saunas in Lublanská 17. It's not the nicest design. But there are saunas. Whirlpool, bar and playrooms.
