BGHS get a great mix of folks visiting.

Night times were popular for couples. Weekends before 5.30pm were always popular for the greedy girls

Depends on what you're looking for really. BG is more a spa you relax and unwind. I found Silverleigh staff way more relaxed and welcoming. BG not the place for single guys tbh so if you're a couple looking for a quiet day at the spa then its definitely the place to go. Couples who want to play with single guys should go elsewhere.
