On profiles no issue do as you wish if I want to look the choice is there to see it, as a profile pic I usually block the choice is taken away same goes for unsolicited inboxes of cock pics

Defo don't have a dick pic as a profile photo

I wouldn't have one either as the first photo in gallery....it's better to have dick pics as the last photos viewed in your gallery imo
