Santa brought Becky a latex dress for Christmas, but now we're faced with the challenge of her actually getting it on.

We've heard talcum powder is carcinogenic, but no idea if that's true. Either way, would prefer to use something else to help slip it on.

Apparently, silicone-based lube works well, but how much do we need to apply? Can we use water-based lube instead? That's all we have at the moment. Do we apply just on the hips and bust, or everywhere? We also have some shine spray, but there's no indication on the bottle that it can be used to help get the dress on.

None of the sites or videos we've looked at go into detail, and they all seem to be selling what they're recommending... so some experienced wearers' advice would be great.

Thanks x

Can you roll it on?

Could work, but I'd be worried rolling would damage it, and I haven't seen that advice on any other sites yet. The site Santa got it from was heavy on the spray sales, but light on practical tips.

Bawtry

Use something called a dressing aid. Vividress is what I prefer. Spray on inside and rub it around from outside to spread it.

What I’d suggest before. Is to wash it. Use Luke warm water and a couple of drops of washing up liquid. Or viviwash.. then rinse off well. Hang to dry. When wearing, use a silicone shiner. Again vivishine is what I use.

When putting on. Watch out for nails!! Get help by someone n unrolling with knuckles.. any questions, just message. Always here to help.

Titz Towers, North Notts

I wear a cycling top under my Boobs and that helps stop me overheating too quickly, but also in getting it on and off, as it doesn't stick so much

Try the water based lube , smear some inside the dress and apply some on her , when you wash the dress lightly dust with talc after towel drying.

Avoid anything like baby oil etc
