Met an American couple in Mexico about 10 years ago on day 2 of a fortnight over there. Had fun with them most days I was there.
Camping last year in the Lake District I used the “who is nearby” thing and there was a Scottish couple who turned out to be in the next pitch to me. We had a great time together. |

Never happened to me on holidays. Probably don't know how to approach others or way to shy. If someone approached me I would be very interested in meeting for fun. |
