I'm not particularly big on anal sex. However, if I want to with a partner who wants a clean inside, I will douche.
All of my anal partners have not required douching. Life is hard enough without managing three holes down below. Lol!

A slightly different spin on things. In the past I've had some pre arranged pegging sessions and discovered they did not realise you had to "prepare the area" beforehand. That's one of the reasons I don't peg anyone new I've met from here. |

Depends. I'm usually aware enough of my diet and general hygiene that it seems unnecessary when I don't have any confirmation of anal being on the menu. It's incredibly rare there's any issue at all through that.
If it feels needed or I'm planning on playing with something considerably larger than the average dick, then yes, douching. |

I agree that it’s not even a question. I didn’t one time thinking I was clean enough but as he went deeper a smell started to gather. Didn’t stop everyone from finishing with a smile but since then I’m always prepared  |

I always douche prior to a meeting with a top, if it has been planned for a couple of days I stop eating solids and just eat yoghurt for a day or so beforehand, never had any accidents |
