There are some silicon ones with beads that allow you to tighten easily, found some of the silicone ones can be very snug and uncomfortable.

I bought set from Amazon, one with one bead, one with two and one with three so you could configure them however you want.

There are some with a built in bullet that can be fun for the other half.
