Yes - former bull here (pre-marriage, 20 years ago now), delighted that the Mrs has a strong interest in us involving another guy. For me it’s about experiencing that intensity and excitement from another perspective, and sharing that intensity with the love of my life.

An interesting question and one I wrote a blog about on that well known kink site just this week.
Although I wouldn't say I've gone cuck I do find that I am most attracted to partners who are promicuous. I get extremly horny when I know a play partner has been with other guys.

Yes. Husband here was once into this. Having many wives with their husbands permission/knowledge or in their presence. And many without any of the former.
