Do boys ever grow up or will they always be stroppy teenagers.

Is life wasted on the youth.

Most boys eventually grow in to men. A few remain immature but they're easily avoided

There's an old saying that 'youth is wasted on the young' I don't believe that and I don't think life is wasted on them either.
