I pay more attention to people fabbing my pics than those just winking at me; I appreciate that it does not mean the person has read through my profile but it shows a higher level of interest.
Am I the only one thinking that Fabbing is nicer than a wink? Please try not to be rude in your responses. Merci x |

We see a wink as an expression of interest, Fabbing of a picture is a compliment , not necessarily a wish to chat, for example we fab people's pictures if we like the photograph, even if we don't match their requirements, or vice versa |

We wink if we like the profile & pics and think there's potential chemistry, we fab a pic as an appreciation of the picture only ! |

As the majority if my fabs are from guys I tend to pay more attention to winks, if and when I get them. Some fabs I do return which have led to meets so I guess this makes me a FAB WINKER  |

9/10 of the fabs my pics get are from guys and I don't pay winks any attention - if a person can't be bothered to get in touch properly with a nice message then I've no time for them. |

If someone fabs my pics I assume they like the picture. I do not assume they want to meet for sex.
If someone winks my assumption is that they are just saying a friendly hello. I don't think anything deeper to it than that  |

We fab a picture if it catches our attention not because we want to meet but as a compliment. It's not our intention for it to lead to anything more. If it does fantastic but most of the people we have fabbed seem to be so far away.
If we wink it's cos we like the profile and it may prompt them into looking at ours and then hopefully messages.

I usually wink to show my interest, but lately, i have been fabbing..im a weird one. I didnt used to go through pictures. I think my thought process is strange! lol

I don't read into either; if someone has read my profile before doing either they will know what I am looking for, if not I just delete the winks. To me, fabbing a picture just means they like it and vice versa though I rarely do it as I haven't the time to sit through hundreds of photo's and do it via their profile because they have either looked at me or I have seen them on the forums |

Totally agree a wink to me means that a person has actually taken the time to look at your profile an has an interest as when any pic of mine are fabbed i alway show respect in looking at there profile to see if there is a mutual interest there |

I don`t bother with winks as in my eyes it can be interpreted in more than one way. I fab pictures I like for several reasons, because I like the subject and or person, because I like the humour (and yes there are some who include humour in their pics) or if the photographer has done a clever bit of trickery to add to the picture, for example a double exposure (stop sniggering!) In cases where a comment is due and I can message I will do so.  |

Winks are lazy -it means they canny be bothered to look at your profile,I appreciate if your pics have been fabbed doesn't necessarily mean they've read your profile - but I get a better feeling from it .

I sometimes wink a profile where I'm not quite matching what they want (too short, a couple of years too old, profiles that say 'single guys we will find you' etc.).
It doesn't clutter up their inbox and means they can take a look at me at their leisure.
...and it's worked a few times as well |

We always check out those that fab our pics but, more often than not, when we fab pics first we do it because we really like the pics. It doesn't really mean we're necessarily interested in contacting them, we just like the pics. If we're interested in the people we will wink or send a message, fabbing a pic is just a sign that that was a great pic.

There are people that you would like to send a wink or a message but you do not fit their age range so that's not possible...but you can fab them, which gives them a choice to contact you themselves. It has worked for me a few times! |

like a lot of people here i usually fab a pic because i liked that particular picture, not because i have any desire to take it further, but if i wink at someone i do that to show some interest, but i usually only wink after i read their profile, that way if they like what they see, they can choose to reply or not as the case may be |

Fabbing a picture to me just means you like the picture for various reasons. I quite often fab just because I think it looks nice, not because I want to meet them.
Wink means you like the look of them, but you are leaving it to the other person to take things further.
