Probably, if you've messaged 1st I'd expect you to send the 1st face pic.
The woman is being cautious too, but both being cautious means zero face pics and zero interaction.

Back to the OP- I only send my face pic to people I am planning on meeting, after a bit of chatting to establish connection and intent. But I do have a well-verified profile so I wouldn't expect anyone doubting I am a woman. |

If I was single I'd be extremely cautious. There are two of you and she would need to look out for her safety. She's also the one with the upper hand being a single woman willing to meet couples. That or she wasn't who she claimed.

I got involved in lots of discussions, including pics requests. The attrition rates, from 1st contact, to having all shares pics and likely each other is high, as is going on to meeting.
I expect this as a realistic expectation and don't think any deeper than that, as people bring their own preferences, tastes and issues along.
Could be lots of things but it's easier to move on |

Our rule is who ever messages first should send first..
If we sent first and the other person/couple didn't find us attractive then we wouldn't expect them to reply with face pics.. |
