Obviously not  But why do people go on about how great they are and just brag about it all the time ! Just shut up ! We ain't all fortunate to has an Audi A3 at the age of 20 cos Daddy bought it ! |

Because people who really are confident don't need to broadcast the fact, only those who are less confident think they can big themselves up by announcing it. I quite like posts where people say 'I just got a new car' or 'I got a new job' as I like to celebrate success. I don't like it when people post such things as 'I can fuck all night pm me'. I think I'll make some tea. |

I see time and again people starting threads about professionals, always derogatory. Why should someone "showing off" make you feel bad about yourself?

The general attitude from many women here are the cause ,as they will only entertain having the best x thus some men will feel they need to brag x although what an audi and brag ing are doing together is beyond me but then some ladies have strange taste |

Dont be jealous nor be envious because at the end of the day, the only person its going to harm is you..
Just let them be. Use it as motivation for you - if he can do it, i can do it..what is there to stop you?
..and Audi A3 isnt all that. Its all about the Audi S8. That car just ooozes sex appeal lol

people can only affect you if you give them that power . people in all walks of life will brag be it what they have,who they sleep with, how much their job pays,holidays they take ...the list goes on . what actually difference does their bragging make to to you ? wed all love to be loaded and have the posh cars ,houses and money to burn. the reality ....few do !! also if you scratch the surface youd find meny of those who seem to have it all are living outside their means , loans left right and centre and credit cards maxed out lol ! why waste engergy looking at what you dont have ,appricate what you do have .im damn sure theres others that would be thankful for what you have ! if there is something you do really want then if its realistic use it as motivation to work towards that ...surely thats a more posative use of your time than feeling sorry for yourself and getting green eyed over what other seemingly have . |

I do my best to surround myself with nice things, people, cars, holidays, clothes, toiletries and so on, yet I remain a level headed bloke who has no aspirations to be anything else than the person I am.
I don't look down on people who neither want those things or those who have other priorities and thus cannot afford them.
That said, neither do I look up to those who have more than me and think 'ya bastards'.
I am happy with being me and with what I have.
What others have is of little interest to me. How they behave around me though does matter a great deal. |

We used to own a successful business but got into difficulties with debtors going bust who owed us money and we had to wind the company up. Now we have a considerable lot less and I can categorically we are neither less or more happy than before.

Not true! We have never been stuck in snow or ice in a Beemer!
We once went to a meet in a Beemer. Arrived at the couples house and parked on the road. The guy said to park on the drive so I did! All night we got taken the piss of because we owned a Beemer! They did a great meal and we did enjoy their company for a while, but it was not to be. We never met again.
We always have nice cars, but that is our choice... Thing is, a nice car is whatever YOU think is nice! Forget what others think and if they get you down with it, draw a line in the sand..... |

I thought the site was populated with Adonis's and Aphrodite's. That's the impression given by looking around the forum.
