There is a younger guy that my husband works with that I’ve always felt very attracted to. He’s decided to leave and go traveling but we just don’t know how to approach the subject with him?.

How close is your husband to him? Close enough for them to go for a drink where you could end up joining them. You could try flirting with him and see his response.

2. Your husband could his job.

Although not a direct friend as such, we had a very similar scenario a few weeks ago on a works night out. Things got a bit flirty between a colleague of R's and myself, so I just tested the water a few times throughout the night.
