I don't know for certain of course, but I don't think all men are bi-curious or bisexual. There's probably a higher probability that men are closer to being bi-curious in today's society with people being more open and welcoming of others sexual orientations and such, but that doesn't mean to say all men suddenly get feelings that they must try getting it on with another man because of the possibility that 'you could be bisexual?'. If they are open minded and want to give it a go... great, if not and they don't feel that they are into it, that's cool too. I understand what you're trying to get at OP, which I see as if they gave it a go, they may enjoy it and that may open up an area of their life that may be super fun and enjoyable that they hadn't experienced before. Subtlety, to me curious means thinking about but not yet experienced. Undecided or currently exploring means tried it but not yet convinced.
It's a bit like teenage exploration fumbles between the same sex doesn't necessarily mean you're bi or gay for life, it's exactly that a fumble while you're getting to grips with your sexuality. Its also something that can be fluid throughout life.

Here’s a thought. I socialise mainly with gay men, for social not sexual reasons, and they would be very surprised to find there was a circumstance in which they would be tempted to have sex with women. Why do you imagine straight men are any different? I am bi and have no problem with the idea that straight men would not find sex with another man in any way appealing and most likely would find it repellent.

If at any time in my life I'd had a sexual thought about another man I would quite happily admit it here but the fact is I never have, not even a fleeting thought.
As I said above in an earlier post I wonder what the reaction would be if I started a thread claiming that most bi people are really straight and only play bi because they felt pressured to do so?

It’s really not too complicated, we’re only interested in bi men but we were being contacted by a lot of straight men who say they are bi. It’s well known that a lot of ‘straight’ men on fab are bi but there are also straight men who say they are bi just to get laid. To cut down on fabmin we decided that it’s easier just to deal with those who state they are bi or bicurious rather than wade through a ton of messages from ‘straight’ men purporting to be bi and trying to work out if they really are bi or not. |
