John Smiths, though a glass or two of Tetleys is sometimes nice as well.

How come wine glasses have grown so big, yet beer glasses are still only a pint ???

I never drink on a meet as I'm always driving. However, tomorrow is an exception, so I'm taking a bottle of blossom hill rose. I cant afford fancy wines.

I've been tee-total since 1997. On a meet I tend to drink expresso or water.

Lytham St Anne’s

Usually a nice cup of coffee as enjoy the conversation and using that time to get to know the people I am meeting and at least then if things go further and like the rest of us love to have those clear memories of a meet not a half pissed kind of memory of what's happened

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

I like to keep a clear head so it is tea or coffee.

However, if meeting my fb we will both have a drink but I hate wine - prefer a nice voddy, lemon and lime. Or perhaps a cold beer.

I have to say when I haven't d*unk alcohol I find the meet way more enjoyable ....

By (user no longer on site)  over a year ago

If it's someone I know well, maybe I will have a tipple. But on a ordinary meets, not a fb, long term sub etc, no drinking.

And definitely no getting blitzed ever.

I can't handle me beer.

Don't normally drink as it spoils things and dulls the senses.

Codorniu or Jacob's creek rose usually. Never much than a couple of glasses though. I'm a ridiculous lightweight as I drink alcohol about once every 3 months..
