I'm over 7" but not that thick shafted. I'm longer than most guys I meet but many have thicker cocks and maybe bell ends.
So do I consider myself hung? For me it depends on the other cock or cocks I'm with.

Where do guys measure from? I've seen a few which did not match their estimations unless the started from behind their balls.

If you’re not measuring from your perineum then it makes sense to measure the shortest distance.
Pubis to tip. But I reckon following any curve with the tape measure is fair, so long as it’s still the shortest distance.

Interesting question. Sure Adrian Mole used to measure his daily in his diaries 
It’s hard to measure when hard. Do you put it at right angle to your body and base to tip. Or do you measure from top of balls to tip when it’s upright against your body.
And if you can’t get it upright against your body should you be measuring at all.
And does it matter. I don’t think I’m particularly big, but when I say that to M she just cocks an eyebrow as if to say she has seen lots smaller. But also it works for her. As do my fingers, and it’s definitely longer than my fingers. |

Well the average is 5.5-6 inches so HUNG is anything over 8inches.
Anything inbetween 6.5 - 8 inches is a big dick we think as it’s bigger than average but not hung x |

I've never considered myself to be that Hung just above average but going off the figures, where ever they came from ? I'd be happy, but as most women would say it's not how big or small it maybe, it's the way us guys use during sex is the main thing ! |

Never measured it. Why bother. It is what it is. I love the way the measuring takes place. Push the ruler right in to gain 1/2 inch lol. Just accept it for what you’ve got. It’s not going to change |

Considering the UK average is 5 inches, anything above that is surely "hung"?

Numbers are irrelevant when you have some guys manipulating how they’re measuring.
There is one, standard measurement, and it is centred around “insertable length” - if you measure from the side, or underneath, a 6 incher can miraculously turn into an 8 or 9 incher, but no matter how you approach it, you’re still only going to be able to insert the workable amount of 6 inches. Measuring wrongly, and pretending that your dick is that long is just lying to yourself… and your partner, essentially.
Also, get yourself a tape measure and measure out 8 or 9 inches and see how long that actually is, whilst keeping in mind that some poor sod is going to have that rammed inside them. Very quickly 8 or 9 inches doesn’t seem like such a good idea.
