I've already eaten dinner/tea as I go to bed incredibly early weekdays.
I had roasted chicken thighs, veg and a very small portion of pasta & pesto for carbs to help me sleep
I'm in serious training so I only eat nutritious foods, I miss burritos though - yum! |
