Honestly, non of the 3 times I was pregnant did I feel sexy. More like a hot, sweaty ball of aches with a constant need to pee.

I did still do the sex though... even if I was a hot mess

Great if a woman feels sexy but it's absolutely ok not to feel sexy while pregnant and just be a pregnant woman if you want.
