We all like a bit of bum fun now n again but reprecusion is suffering with a blowout...

So what's your best home remedies and recommended over the counter creams etc... To deal with a troublesome pile before i have to go see the Dr, normally in the past after 3 or 4 days its under control and shrinking and by day 5 or 6th day its all cleared up but want to get your opinions on home remedies and lotions potions and creams recommended by you naughty people ???

Lotions and creams over the counter at the chemists will sort out many of the problems.

Home remidies and over the chemist counter stuff OK but dont have an anaesthetic mixed in as do prescription medication.
