Plenty of couples only have one partner who plays. Ours works kind of like that, not because my Mr is reluctant or anything but because he enjoys watching me more than playing with other women.

If you're uncomfortable, not sure whether this is for you etc you could always look into couple therapy, either relationship or sexual, it can be very beneficial!
