I wanted to experience new things and test myself
I was in Barcelona on business in the summer so went out a day early and went to the clothing optional beach.
One of the most liberating things I’ve ever done. |

I used to work with someone who used to take his family on naturist holidays, usually to Fuerteventura. As he had children ( a boy and a girl) I always wondered how they felt about it, particularly if they weren’t comfortable with it themselves.  |

I didn’t like white bits. I just wanted an all over tan. When I went to a textile beach I pulled my trunks up and down to get the most exposure I started shaving now I wax all over. My idea of being totally naked |

Visited my first ever nudist beach down the south coast of shellness and reluctantly stripped off at the sign.. that feeling of liberation was amazing

I was on holiday in fuerteventura. I was 16. I actually found the nudist beach. Everyone looked so happy and carefree. I sat for a while, nervous, excited even a little scared. then decided I had to try it.
I loved it. Been a naturist from that day. |

We both kind of always were at home. When we got together we just decided to enjoy the outdoors together (alone in the countryside). I didn't feel like any kind of big thing, just the natural thing to do. Then it progressed to places where we could be naked around others like at the beach and naturist holidays resorts. Never looked back since. Now we specifically stay at naturist sites on holiday in the Summer, enjoy organised naturist events like swims and never bother wearing anything to swim in the sea, lakes or rivers. It the best way and we couldn't be any other way now. |

We went to a naturist group's pool swim earlier this year and loved it so much, a few days we went to a local naturist beach. We then joined a naturist group, a naturist club, have been to a naked spa and so much more. |

I (mr) was always quite comfortable with being naked. Used to sunbathe naked on a balcony in my family home. First time with Mrs was in Barcelona about 10 years ago. She was apprehensive initially but after short time it felt just right. Now we just absolutely love it  |

I was always very shy about my body. I went to a club some years ago and really found it invigorating and have loved it when i get the opportunity.
I've actually also just posted about asking for venues for simple naturism to chill at. Not necessarily spa's. |

I worked at a naturist resort in France during one summer at university. I then introduced cuck to naturism when we first started dating. Been members of our local club for 16 years. |

I always liked to be naked (of ours I do not do this on the streets), just while I can don’t dress up at home whole mornin, or as soon I get to the hotel room (I spend lots of time in hotels) first thing is clothes comes off. Last summer holiday I’ve discovered naturist beach, and have spend there my whole holiday. It was great…… |

I dont think I have ever not been a naturist/nudist.
I didnt grow up in a nudist house, but whenever I was home on my own, which happened quite often from my early teens onwards I would often undress.
In warmer weather I would often venture off into the fields and if the mood took me get naked outside too.
I didnt really make the connection that this was naturism , it was just something I enjoyed doing.
Later on at uni I would often work naked in my room (door locked!) in halls.
It wasnt until my mid 20's I started going to naturist beaches tho and was nearly 40 before I went to my first naturist resort. |

We hated the white bits so we went naked in the garden (enclosed). Then as we liked being naked we took our caravan to a well known naturist site for a night in Norfolk and it was fantastic. The rest of the holiday was booked at a textile site. When we got there it was hot, clothes were sticky and people stuffy. We made our excuses and went straight back to the naturist site and we've been ardent naturist ever since. All holidays are naturist; naked people are more friendly, more relaxed and we never get those white bits.
Swimming in the nude is lovely, why have swimming costumes? They don't keep you warm or dry but they just harbour bacteria; so strip off, swim naked and enjoy! |

First time just couldnt take another day trussed up in swimmers! Wife wasnt keen said she felt vunerable. Next year she was the first one naked and in the sea. Now we only ever go to naturist resorts and naturist tolerant countries.   |

When my ex wife and I split up I went on holiday to Spain, wandering along the beach, walked into a clothes optional area, I'd always wanted to try it, she'd always been too shy, I thought now's my chance so I stripped off.
Been enjoy it ever since, I love the feeling of freedom. |

Was on holiday at Gran Canaria in 1997, came aross nudist beach by chance and stripped off, been doing it ever since by beaches, clubs, events, swim club and spas but never a home naturist though. Still enjoy naturism. |

Started by going to a local naturist beach when I was in my twenties while I was still with my ex.
Have been going to naturist beaches, resorts and clubs ever since.
Just feels so much better walking along a beach without cold, wet, clingy swimwear. |

Only recently I went BGHS in Brighton which is a nudist/swingers spa,I thats the first I had been nude and really enjoyed it.In 2024 I am hoping to either go to a nudist beach or a nudist club,shame there isn't any places nearer to me were I can swim naked,or any saunas/hot tubs. |

My friend had been to Vitramartis a few years earlier. A naturist resort in Crete. I said I would like to do something similar. As I had a big birthday coming up, she suggested we try something similar.
We went to a boutique naturist hotel in Majorca. It was bliss. |

I’ve always been naked when home alone. But only in 2019 was I ‘dared’ by my wife of all people, to take part in a British naturism event. Since then I’ve never looked back and love the naturist lifestyle. |

I don't think we actually knew we were naturists at first! We just walked around the house naked and never really thought about it. I'm not sure what changed but the next thing we started to frequent naturist beaches and then the lines began to blur between naturist and exhibitionist... now I'm not sure how we'd be pigeonholed. |

I think for us, we spent so long being embarrassed of our bodies that we eventually thought "what the hell" and after years and years of talking about it, we took th plunge (so to speak) and went to a local (ish) naturist spa. This was also our first move towards this lifestyle as the spa also has an area for "playing"
And now, we love being naked.... And love to play! |

we went to the seaside for fish and chips where we park was full so went into the sand dunes had the fish and chips it was hot took r clothes of no one was round 2 mins later ther was men all over the place and they wernt just looking |

A wild beach in Fuerteventura. Half a mile of golden sand, and absolutely no-one else. Seemed a bit pointless struggling into our swimming costumes.
Especially as we'd seen plenty of other naked people at other beaches on the island. |

With an ex on holiday in fuertavebtura, came across nudist beach so we tried it, loved the freedom and try to be naked as much as possible, had my first week almost totally clothes free in Spain this year and it was awesome x |

I'd heard about nudism/naturism years ago in my early teens, but was a little nervous to try it on my own then. So used to just be naked in my bedroom at that moment in my life. Then once I was around 19, I knew a couple who went down the nude beach on the Isle of wight, so I tagged along with them and went to one. The initial nervousness of getting naked was tricky, but everyone down there was naked so I was like the odd one out and once I finally got naked, the nervousness dissolved. It was so freeing. Never looked back since. |

while on holiday in crete, overheard a couple talk about a nearbye naturist beach and we decided to tryit out. Felt wonderfull so revisited that beach a few times. When we came home we searched out local naturist clubs and have been participants often since then |

I’ve been to a handful of women-only festivals where those that wanted to got naked for parts of the time…I didn’t initially but got more comfortable each time I went. The first proper naturist place was a beautifully chilled campsite this summer with Ted. We took the motorhome but spent loads of time walking and sunbathing…it was magical! Definitely looking to spend time like that again! |

Our first time was on the island of Kos way back in 1990
A lovely beach with very few people on it
After our return home we joined Wyvern sun club
And were members there for many years
We have enjoyed plenty of other beaches around the world too
But mainly fuerteventura |

I stayed in a naturist B&B in Tenby (now sadly closed) that was run by a lovely couple who took me to Tything Barn sites and I loved the naked outdoors lifestyle.
They gave me a napkin ring at my first meal…. and did laugh when I didn’t know it was a cock ring and gave me a lesson on how to put it on.. more screams from me and laughing from Rob & Lesley . Happy days ?? |

Always been very embarrassed about my body, even on the beach I would wear a t-shirt, then on my 30th birthday decided to joing hundreds of other nudes on a Spencer tunic insulation, then life modelled for art groups then hen parties, now I don't care who sees me naked as finally very comfortable in my body and love seeing other and be seen x |

I first tried it to push myself to see if I could be naked in the garden and absolutely loved it. Since then I've been to Holkham in Norfolk, and love to go to Theddlethorpe which is closer to me. I've had some great times there. |

Always enjoyed the fleeting nudity of changing rooms etc, but only really experienced the wonderful liberation of shared nudity when I joined the Steam/Pandoras Club in Leeds. They have dedicated "naked days" and they are really enjoyable.

I used to love getting naked as a kid growing up at every opportunity when parents / grandparents were out, these days I like to get naked mainly in the summer outside but inside at night sometimes too difficult as I live with my mum but have been tempted to try a beach, though a bit nervous, I have one fairly near at st osyth anyone been there whats it like?? and may be try a resort too /holiday too |

Years and years ago, vixen wanted to go topless on holiday. I was more jealous than I am now(!) and insisted we went to the end of the beach away from the crowds. A couple were bathing nude, so we thought it’d be fun to do likewise.
Stripping off is exhilarating now as it was then. Now we’re naked whenever the weather and circumstance allows xxx |

Yes it was wonderful few years back . Has become more commercial now with the hotel and hotel bar . Still nice but not idyllic x |

Went on holiday years ago to Fuerteventura. Went to a beach in Jandia that was recommended, nobody said that it was a nudist beach. We just did it to fit in and enjoyed it and went again xxxxxxxx x |
