We've tried, sorry it's a waste of time in our experience the guy nearly always wants/expects more.
I think they assume " well we are both here now may as well..."
And despite many complaints about guy's not getting meets many are honest and say a handjob is a waste of their time.
But that's not to say it's not possible I guess you need to be firm and upfront that's as far as it's going.

I think for many guys, agreeing to a “handjob-only meet” would largely depend on what type of handjob they’d get:
If it’s a quick, 3-4 minute jerk - just to get the guy to cum - many will pass.
A long, slow and skilful handjob would get many guys interested though (I know I would, I’ve had incredible, powerful orgasms from these long ones  ) |

If it was agreed that a hj was the only thing on offer, I’d be ok with that. It might lead to another meet and more than a hj, but I would never try to push for something that wasn’t agreed. The enjoyment is supposed to be mutual and trying to persuade someone sounds a little coercive. |

We have had several meets along these lines.
We always lay down the ground rules, and stick to them. We'll meet socially at first and then when we get back to our hotel Mrs T will slip into something sexy, straddle the guy and.... well you know the rest.
We first tried it a few years ago with a guy that we had chatted to in the chatroom for years. He didn't meet our profile but always chatted and never attempted to push things further as he respected our boundaries.
