I once drove 234 miles from wigan to croydon for a meet that became regular a few times a year. Combined it with business trip and hotel though I wa srarely in hotel. She wa svery worth it. |

For a first meet ,not v far.i only do a social anyway & wouldn't expect anyone to travel too far to me either for a drink & chat.
If I'd met someone a few times ,then I'd be willing to travel .
Plus there's so many threads where people have travelled and been stood up or sent to a wrong place.There would have to be a bit of trust first for me. |

Furthest I have traveled was 150 miles. We had chatted for quite a while including video calls and built up a rapport. This was to meet a couple. When I arrived it was like we had known each other for ages and pretty well got down to business straight away. I wasn't disappointed. |

Same, too many fakes and unreliable son here so keeping it close range is best or now and further distance for ppl I trust.
