We’re not experienced. But we bought a massage table for our own personal use. Now it’s being used at most of our meets. It’s been a great asset to our playtime and is a brilliant icebreaker. What is it for? I’m a fully qualified massage therapist.
If it’s just to learn a few techniques to safely try on others then a one day course will see you through. If you want to have actual clients and charge, I’d advise a more in-depth level 3 type qualification. Not sure how easy it would be to get insured on anything less than the industry standard qualification.
Like anything the more you invest (time not necessarily money) the more you’ll get out of it. |

Thanks for your advice. I think I ll do one day's course first and see how it goes. I am a fast learner and knowing few techniques will be good for a start. |
