From a purely observational standpoint I reckon most will go with girth. Whilst there will always be exceptions few women seem to revel in a battered cervix, and in lots of monster cock porn videos, there is a considerable amount of unused penis.

I get more reaction about girth than length from females.
Feedback is girth can be enjoyable but length all the way tends to hurt.
