I find from the women I've been sexually active with its quite a mixed reaction in my experience. keeping it hairy or trimmed seems to be a safe option, fully shaved can look good to me but the ladies have said its a step to far for them on a guy. all that said i now choose to shave balls and cock then trim above for the safe option when meeting.
