Absolutely adore fit, muscular men, this is my type, however there must be a balance between nice physique, intellect and kindness . Sad to see a handsome but not smart, some muscular attractive men are narcissistic and arrogant, meanwhile not so good looking men (short cock owners as well) put much more efforts and create a comfort. |

Not muscular yet i do strongman but im doing a weight cut as want to lean right down im 18kg down so far and starting to get definition on my arms, back and shoulders, new training regime morning cardio and body builder workout then early evening strongman training |

Discipline is definitely the main thing, diet is everything. In 2016 I was unwell and dropped to 9st 12lbs. I gave my head a wobble and got myself back in the gym. 16 weeks later, training twice per day and a lot of food eaten, I was 13st 13lbs lean. I’m probably just over 14st now. I might go on another bulk over the winter, I’ve never been heavier than I am now. |

Your back looks great - I’m around 86kg but not the tallest ideally I’d like to trim some fat off but I may save that until after the winter |

I wouldn’t say it’s anything to do with physique, well, not all to do with physique.
When I train and get myself in good shape, I am happy in myself and comfortable in myself. That brings confidence too. Confidence, not arrogance. With a top on, I look like an average person but I get a fair bit of attention when I’m out. It’s more to do with your confidence and how you conduct yourself I think.

I just appreciate all the hard work people put into their physique. It takes a whole lot of time, dedication and diligence to craft a well defined physique. Instead of spending that time moaning people could be spending that energy trying to craft something they’d also be proud of. M is a former Greco-Roman wrestler and was invited onto Team GBs youth team. Represented his regiment. Since transitioned to No-Gi BJJ. Had a 300kg deadlift, 60kg weighted pull up and a 160kg bench before going to Ukraine for 18 months.
He is rebuilding his physique now, but once it is back |

Guys looking for advice, started a new job back end of July, working for a paving company picking orders and some of them are not light at all. I'm now finding them easier to lift, but what I want to know is what would you suggest I could have during the day for a bit of a pick me up and also just signed up to the gym so looking for something to take before a workout. |

Years ago I used to be fb with a very big, ripped, sexy guy who actually found it hard to pull bigger girls like me because they wouldn’t believe him when he hit on them. Crazy!

He is a little ridiculous. This is as well as having over 50" box jumps and a sub 5 min mile. I always said he could of gone into any sport he wanted and competed professionally, but he chose to go into thr army instead. Haha. |
