I'm rapidly coming to the conclusion that assigning labels to folks is counterproductive and possibly damaging. So perhaps society could get rid of gender where just people and you are attracted to them or not, you are suitable for the job or not . Your gender no matter how you identify is irrelevant.

As far as I'm concerned an interesting person is an interesting person regardless of the contents of their pants or what they choose to identify as.
Society won't move away from labels in our lifetimes. |

I've just answered this point on another thread. I agree labels aren't useful when we are somewhere on a spectrum. We may not even know where we really are until someone or something liberates us, and we may be in different places at different times in our lives. Isn't it really about living in the moment and enjoying what's in front of you? |
