I only recently realised why so many people receive those annoying messages from people who don't read profiles!
You're able to click "message" button and when you're in someone's photo album!
Major design flaw as men tend to get horned up from looking at tits, then completely forget to look at the actual written profile, so they just hit message bypassing persons preferences and interests then act surprised that women don't want to reply or be rude when replying to unsolicited mail from people they clearly have nothing in common with

Naturally on my solo profile I don't have this problem but on our couples it's a bit annoying
We get lots of meet type messages despite the profile saying we are not meeting.
Feel there could be some better messaging design like tind or linked in where you send a message request for approval or deny before they can message. |

I just think that you shouldn't be able to message someone through photo album, like the "message" button should be located below written profile |

I also have news for you!
We obviously don't have that problem with women and couples, so it's not that relevant to us!
Does everyone have to be mindful and inclusive with all potential whatabouts at all times or is it okay to share an experience that is only relevant to yourself?  |

Agreed. I havé an âge preference on my profile. In the forum I've had those older than laugh about it. I'm not insulting anyone over my preference, just setting a firm boundary for myself. Yet it's ok to poke fun at my because they think I should give them a chance. Unusual stance. |

I've noticed that trend too... usually 45+ men complain about how entitled and needy you are for having boundaries...

OP, as the male in our couple, I do not think males get so horny that there's not enough blood flow in their brains so there's no self restraint and hit the message button.
Respectful males will look at your profile before messaging, the disrespectful males won't. |

LOL, some people come up with the most pathetic excuses. I guess we are spoilt as a couple, "protected by the message block filter of single men, so we only hear of the frustrations from other couples like you OP that receive messages from single males when we read the forums. Our sympathies. |

I tend to read. And if I'm not what they're looking for I simply fab what I like .. unless there is something so spectacular in the profile that makes me want to say something... then it's a with all due respect I really liked ..... and sorry for bothering you. ... and if I don't get a response... I carry on without a care in the world. |
