Mid fifties and still going strong. Can run 20km and still be up for fun but I get annoyed sometimes when a fantastic looking couple or girl block at 50.

Frustrating that many peoples profiles cut off at 55.
I've just celebrated my 58th birthday.
I still swim several miles a week in the pool, often out-swimming the youngsters, with a just over 30 minute mile, do about 3x 2.5 hr gym sessions a week, when I can Yoga and Pilates, and lots of kayaking.
I haven't been as fit as I am currently in a few years, and I'm loving it again. I've not felt so alive in a few years.
And I can keep going in a play session for hours if I want or need to. But lots think you are over the hill.
As one couple put it, they "don't find someone old enough to be their dad attractive". To them I say, your loss! |
