Interested to know. What do you interpret “No strings attached” to mean when it comes to meets on this site?

I know different people view it in different ways.

No strings means that while we're together we need to be important to each other without distractions. While we're apart we have no responsibility to each other apart from respect

That you’ve not been sexually active since the 90s

That’s a good way of putting it. What are your thoughts on expectations of a continued friendship or arrangement? Do you think that crosses over into having strings attached?

Reason I ask is b/c I’m a strictly NSA person. But I seem to attract people who, after meeting, want to talk a lot and/or meet regularly. But that’s not what I want. I can’t figure out if I’m the one interpreting NSA in the wrong way?

Considering my age that would be more than a little weird

I reckon in most 'continued friendship or arrangement ' situations no matter how clearly boundaries are laid down, explained and agreed to, one person will always interpret them differently or assume that somewhere along the line they'll change.

I also think that many people are unable to enjoy casual sex for just the physical experience. Social conditioning has made a lot of people want to cover the physical enjoyment with a cloak of respectable

emotional connection.

You're not the one interpreting NSA incorrectly in my opinion but human relationships are complicated and messy

For me...

No strings = a complicated wank.

I'd want more.

No strings to me means no attachments whatsoever, turn up shag and leave.

That's not for me, I like to build friendships and get to know people and also have fun

No to me this is the correct definition of 'No strings'

But maybe people understand that and you're just very personalable and people enjoy wanting to spend time with you, that's also a possibility
