Guess I will be the first to say that I find them visually hot and erotic, and also belly button piercings are hot, but do not like pierced nipples for playtime.
Sucking a piece of metal does not turn me on, I prefer a rock hard pointy warm nipple in my mouth to play with my tongue. Also, the nipple piercing has come out loose in two occasions with two different ladies in the middle of play, which was funny but stopped the action (for a bit).

Love nipple and tongue piercings on women, although not a fan of piercings on men.
I have both nipples and tongue done for about 20 years now, couldn't imagine myself without them |
