No what people like or do is of no relevance to me, its only when it gets in the way that it does ie asking to meet an hour earlier to watch the opening of the Olympics  |

People turn down for wierd things at times
Id never turn anyone down for what football team they support because id never bring the subject of football up to know who they support  |

I've been turned down for being..
Too nice
Not dark enough
Having dimples
Too old (even though within their specified age range)
People have hundreds of reasons for not wanting to meet. Some you just can't fathom. We're all allowed to choose and just have to accept the reason in a mature and sensible way

Sometimes people might use the "red moustache" (sorry but I liked that one as an excuse when really perhaps there is another reason for not wanting to meet but it might cause offense. So it is easier to focus on something like a football team or a red moustache? Just a thought... |

Some reasons I've had:
I'm the wrong colour.
Wrong race.
They've met one Asian/Indian before and he was an arsehole.
Too far.
Too close.
Too nice.

That sounds really sad. Nobody is perfect - disability certainly would not put me off, nor my partner. Bad manners, arrogance, lack of personal hygiene would! |

way back one of my first meets wouldnt meet me a second time even though we got on like a house on fire for weeks before - when we met and after - his reason was i would be too easy to fall for and he didnt want another serious relationship - took ages to drift apart - |
